REACH OUT THROUGH MISSIONS
Helping people in need.
Missions is a key ministry area through which we reach out to our neighbors–down the street and around the world. The needs are great–social, physical, spiritual and emotional. And Shandon members are committed to reaching out and making a difference in the lives of others.
Our mission involvement is wide-ranging: providing assistance to local homeless shelters, building Habitat for Humanity houses, supporting local and regional agencies, reaching out to those who need a second chance, and providing hands-on assistance for missions in our state, our country and around the world. Get involved in missions at Shandon. Reach out and make a positive difference to people in need.
If you would like to know more about Shandon missions or to get involved, contact Julie Songer Belman at 256-8383, ext. 102 or jsongerbelman@shandon-umc.org.
