SMALL GROUP COMMUNITIES
Develop close friendships, grow spiritually and experience life together.

Shandon has a variety of ongoing small group communities that meet at various times and locations.

ADULTS IN ACTION
Fun, social and inspiring activities for adults of all ages. This group enjoys weekly activities and lunch as well as a variety of day trips around the city and close by and not too far away overnight trips for food, fun and entertainment. For information, contact Karen Daves at kdaves@shandon-umc.org or Allen Wolfe at awolfe@shandon-umc.org or 256-8383, ext. 113 or 111.

GAP: GRADUATES AND PROFESSIONALS
Geared for young adults, 20s-30s, single or married without kids seeking to join a community of people in similar places with similar needs, the strongest being the desire to network and find a spiritual place to grow. This group “minds the gap” between youth and adulthood. They spend time together in Sunday night Bible study, social gatherings, and service projects while sharing ideas, food, fellowship, and learning. Their goals are to grow in the knowledge and love of God, figure out how to live out the teachings of Jesus in our world today, to serve humanity, and to grow together as a church family. For information, contact Julie Songer Belman at 256-8383, ext. 102 or jsongerbelman@shandon-umc.org
