Director of Youth Ministry

We’re seeking a full-time Director of Youth Ministry who has a heart for Christ and a desire to work with youth in 7th through 12th grade.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; certification in youth ministry preferred.
  • Experience in developing and implementing a student ministry program is desired
  • Knowledgeable about the ways in which youth develop, learn, and grow in faith
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build, inspire, and equip adult volunteers with a clear ministry purpose
  • Must be available to attend/participate in day, night and weekend activities
  • Must be qualified and of age to drive the church buses
  • Must meet church safety policies and pass background checks
  • Computer and management skills required

Salary is commensurate with experience/education.
